In mid 1998, we conducted a feasibility study to gauge the possible clients of Tekla Structures in the Philippines. In nearly 1999, we established HSD Computers Private Limited Company and signed an agreement with TEKLA CORPORATION to be their sole reseller of Tekla Sturctures here in the Country.
